Our Workshops
Workshops designed with neurodivergent actors at the centre - safe, clear, and accessible for all. Creative spaces that are stim-friendly, flexible, and led by lived experience. Accessibility isn’t an add-on - it’s how we build our workshops from the ground up. Clear, calm, inclusive spaces where every actor can thrive.

Wear comfy clothes, bring water, and feel free to wear socks if you prefer them to bare feet.
About Emily Holt
Emily (she/her. AuDHD/Dyslexic) began her career as a dancer, training at London Studio Centre and performing in productions including Cabaret (Lyric Theatre, West End) and The Far Pavilions (Shaftesbury Theatre). She later trained as an actor at LAMDA and appeared in productions such as Dirty Dancing (UK Tour), Wendy and Peter Pan (RSC), and The Pillars of the Earth (Channel 4).
Now working as a movement director, choreographer, tutor, and workshop facilitator, Emily draws on her combined experience in dance and acting to create work that is physically dynamic and emotionally grounded. She has collaborated with a wide range of venues and training institutions, including Soho Place, Soho Theatre, The Arts Theatre, The Watermill, Theatre Chipping Norton, The Curve, Storyhouse, LAMDA, Mountview, Trinity Laban, and Shakespeare’s Globe.
Emily’s training as a life coach and in holistic practices is woven throughout her work, allowing her to support both the craft and the well-being of the artists she works with. Her practice is about creating spaces where actors feel safe, confident, and connected to their instincts, enabling them to dive into the world of a character, safely, bravely, and with joy.
