Service Description

We are excited to introduce PILOT, Divergent Talent Group's groundbreaking in-house development program designed to empower neurodivergent artists by providing tailored guidance and support. PILOT is dedicated to nurturing the unique talents of artists who often defy conventional industry norms, helping them to flourish and achieve their creative goals. As part of our soft launch, we are proud to offer the first course in this innovative program, led by Adam Welsh, the founder of Divergent Talent Group (DTG). Adam is a true multi-hyphenate—a former sound designer, writer, actor, director, musician, composer, producer, and now talent agent. With firsthand experience of the challenges that come with navigating multiple disciplines in a field that often demands specialisation, Adam is uniquely positioned to mentor artists who refuse to be confined to a single label. Course Overview This inaugural course is designed specifically for neurodivergent artists, particularly those who work across multiple disciplines. The course will focus on developing a personalised Vision, Values, and Mission Statement, providing artists with a clear and cohesive framework for their careers and set short, medium and long term goals. Participants will work collaboratively with Adam to: - Articulate Their Vision: Define what success looks like for them as an artist and how they wish to impact the industry. - Establish Core Values: Identify the principles that will guide their creative and professional decisions. - Develop Mission: Develop a compelling narrative that communicates their purpose and ambitions. Benefit from Expert Guidance Adam Welsh represents artists like Scottee, Ella Maisy Purvis and works by developing a shared vision with his clients, which then forms the roadmap to their success. This course offers a unique opportunity to benefit from the same process that has helped these artists excel in their careers. It is especially valuable for artists who are currently unrepresented and seeking to define their path in the industry. What to Expect By the end of the course, you will have a well-defined vision and a practical roadmap for achieving their goals, tailored to their unique talents and ambitions. This is an opportunity to break free from the traditional industry mould and embrace your unique creative potential.
